“Nice staff, beautiful building but needs renovation… furniture is old and ruined, doors dont open/close well, and the rugs look dirty. Ac filters were fuuulll of dust, maybe because of this there was such strong smell when entering the room . Great staff, great location and great breakfast. Needs a good redo for the bedrooms”

Bevande omaggio ( riscaldatore , the ..etc..) non sono presenti in stanza e questo è un peccato per un 4 stelle . Non hanno servizio ristorante . Il personale in generale è molto sbrigativo e di poche parole .”

“Ultra modern hotel with friendly/helpful staff. We only stayed one night on our Santiago pilgrimage but were happy with this pick. AC was awesome especially with the heat wave. The room had some fun modern touches though the weird door thing in the bathtub was inconvenient and difficult to use. We didn't have time to dine at the facility but there were a few restaurants by the monastery that were good. ”
